A foundational class for beginner practitioners. You will be guided through the asanas (postures) in a safe, clear and proper approach.
Links movement and conscious breathing. Class will offer a variety of postures to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. Recommended for all practitioners.
Invigorating and challenging sequence. Build strength, stamina and balance. All Levels Welcome!
A still and passive practice will release stress and tension from the fascia/connective tissues. Floor poses are held for 3-5 minutes, focusing on the lower part of the body - lower spine, hips, pelvis and thighs.
STRETCH & STRENGHTHEN
Class will focus on opening the hips, quads and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve your balance. Open to All levels and experiences.
RESTORE & RESET
A slow and gentle practice comprised of stretches to open the hips, chest and hamstrings. The last 30 minutes will be in restorative poses, utilizing blocks, blankets, and bolsters to fully support the body. Great for beginners and for those looking to slow down their practice.
